Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Every cow is different in size and the weight of its cuts, so when you order a whole cut like a Brisket or a Tri -Tip, picture, and weight are a guideline and not an exact. If you order a portioned steak like a Ribeye, what you will receive will be much closer to the photo and the correct weight.
Where can I view my sales receipt?

You will have received a sales receipt directly to the email address you have provided. If you did not receive anything, please email us at info@olivefed.com and we will resend it to you.

How can I return an item?

As meat is a perishable product we do not accept returns. If your order was damaged or somehow not consumable on arrival please send us a photo and detailed description on the day or receipt. If we find the delivery to be defective we will provide you with a refund.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, some items sell out very fast on arrival each month, but we will always restock.

Where can I ship my order?

You can ship your order anywhere in the United States. Contact us at info@olivefed.com for rates to Hawaii.

When will my order ship out?
We ship Monday-Wednesday. Orders received after Wednesday 10am will ship out coming Monday.
