The highest grade of Umami is abundant in marbling and the most decadent Olive Fed Wagyu experience.
53% IMF and above.
Exceptional marbling with a slightly lower fat ratio then the Grade 12, making it lighter to eat.
48-53% IMF.
Consistent fine marbling with a higher ratio of meat to fat.
41-48% IMF.
Prime marbling giving a meatier Steak.
